Invest with us
Your capital, working in buildings we own and run.
We offer two ways to invest alongside Legacy. Both are backed by real North West property, delivered and managed by our own teams, and documented through solicitors.

01 · Fixed-return loans
Predictable income, backed by real buildings.
You lend to a specific Legacy project for a fixed term at an agreed rate of interest. Your loan funds the acquisition or conversion of a building, and is repaid at the end of the term, typically from refinance or sale.
Loans suit investors who want a defined return and a clear end date, without the responsibilities of owning property.
- Agree the termsAmount, term, rate and payment schedule are agreed in writing before you commit.
- Capital deployedFunds are used for the named project set out in your loan agreement.
- Interest and repaymentInterest is paid on schedule, and your capital is returned at the end of the term.
02 · Equity partnerships
Share in the value we create.
You co-invest in a project alongside Legacy and share in the profit created through acquisition, conversion and letting. Returns are realised when the building is refinanced or sold.
Partnerships suit investors looking for greater upside over a longer horizon, who are comfortable with returns that depend on project performance.
- Choose a projectReview the business plan, budget and projected returns for a specific building.
- Partnership agreementYour share, our share and how profit is distributed are set out before you invest.
- Delivery and exitWe deliver the project, report quarterly, and distribute profit on refinance or sale.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who can invest with Legacy?
Our opportunities are available to investors who qualify as high-net-worth or sophisticated investors under UK financial promotion rules. You'll be asked to confirm your status when you register.
What is the minimum investment?
Fixed-return loans typically start from £100,000, and equity partnerships from £750,000. We're happy to discuss your circumstances on an introductory call.
Can I invest from outside the UK?
Yes. We work with investors based overseas. Eligibility depends on the rules where you live, so we'll discuss this with you before sharing any opportunity.
Can I invest through my company or pension?
Investing through a limited company is often possible. Pension investment depends on your scheme's rules. Please speak to your adviser and raise it on your call.
What happens if a project is delayed?
Your agreement sets out what happens if timescales change. We report progress quarterly and will always tell you early if a project is running behind.
Is this regulated by the FCA?
Investments in Legacy projects are not regulated investments and are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. That's why we only offer them to qualifying investors, and why we encourage independent advice.
