Five neighbouring buildings in Preston, refurbished into 30 self-contained apartments, each with its own tenancy and EPC.
Legacy lets and manages every apartment. Following an independent valuation of £2.5m, the scheme was refinanced in 2026, repaying earlier funding.
Clitheroe · Current project
A four-apartment building that Legacy is currently acquiring. Legacy Construction will carry out a full refurbishment, with new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring throughout, before the apartments are let and managed by our team.
Registered investors can request the business plan, budget and projected figures.

An apartment in Preston with its own land and a parking space, acquired at auction in January 2026 and held in the Legacy portfolio.
